IMF Civil holds great experience in working with developers to achieve and build new subdivisions in booming regions in South-East Queensland; From small 3-Lot developments to 150-Lot.

Plumbing & Gas Fittings

With over 30 years of experience, our team can cater for all plumbing needs. Our main focus is on new construction with completed projects, some of which include: Goodna RSL, CSI Club Southport, North Burleigh Surf Club, Brisbane Lions Football Club, Ipswich RSL, Ben Lexen Drive Luxury Apartments, and ARCARE Nursing Homes.

Local Government Infrastructure

IMF Civil have been working with local councils and utilities in South-East Queensland, working on government infrastructure. We also work alongside developers, and mum-and-dad developers, installing and upgrading water and sewerage connections.
